The Next Three Days..

Before seeing this film I had my doubts and even with Russell Crowe starring in it.Then seeing it failed miserably at the box office made my fears for the movie into reality.But when I did get the courage to see this movie, was I wrong?.This movie turned out to be a ride which not even a honda civic would come close too.

It begins with a couple living a dream life.Filled with love,a kid and where everything is perfect and you cant ask for more.Then the unexpected happens,Russell crowe playing a role of a teacher in the movie,his wife gets accused of a murder and peaceful morning at the breakfast table of an ordinary couple turns into a nightmare, when cops storms into their house to arrest the wife.It gets tense and worse for the happy family when the wife gets sentenced for the murder she didnt commit.

Russell crowe(John) struggling with the reality and what had happened to his family,for the next few years gets obsessed to find evidence to acquit her wife and for which he goes to every length and ways to find using the legal system to his disposal.But the evidence against her wife is so compelling that no judge in his or her right senses would take the case on or simply put would hear an appeal.Knowing this put a lot of strain on the family and everything changes from here onwards when John surrounded with unfortunate circumstances decides to break her out.

This movie is definately going to surprize you,by far the best thriller I have seen in the last two to three years.The best performace of Rusell Crowe in my view and without him this movie would not have even come close to be as good as it turned out to be.The best thing about this movie was that I was hooked to it till the end,wanting to know how it will end and its only in the last minute of the two hour film that I knew how it will finish.This movie will entertain you for sure and the question will pop in your head,how far are you willing to go for the one you love?,damn.

P.S:I am still surprize of its boxoffice result and when you will see this movie you would know how people behind its marketing failed to deliver what they were hired to do and how well this movie delivered.But for the people who did marketing for this movie should find some other line of work before they put more movies out of business..
