Contagion

Contagion is an upcoming action triller centered on the threat posed by a deadly disease and an international team of doctors contracted by the CDC to deal with the outbreak.

The film is directed by Steven Soderbergh, who is famous for his amazing work for movies like Erin Brockvich, Ocean's Eleven, Ocean's Twelve, Ocean's Thirteen and Traffic.

The film has an awesome cast, and when I say awesome..I mean HECK FREAKIN AWESOME cast, i.e Kate Winslet, Matt Damon, Gwenyth Paltrow, Marion Cotillard, Laurence Fishburne, Jude Law and Jennifer Ehle. Such an A-list cast, *two thumbs up just for that*, I mean even if God forbid the movie turns out bad (hopefully not) everyone will watch it just to see all great actors in one feature.

That being said, the movie follows a rapid progress of a lethal airborne virus that kills within days. As the fast moving epidermic grows, the worldwide medical community races to find a cure and control the massive panic around the globe, and at the same time ordinary struggle to survive in a society coming apart. But still not much known is about the movie. Just that a list of all the Hot-Shot actors of Hollywood, a magnificent director and a thrilling genre.

The movie releases on 9th September 2011.

The movie brings back the cast of the hit thriller, 'The Talented Mr.Ripley' starring Matt Damon, Gwenyth Paltrow and Jude Law. The film also marks as the first movie by Kate Winslet after her Oscar win in 2009 for The Reader. The cast and the plot of the movie seem amazing and so far is one of the most awaited releases of 2011. Lets hope for great success for the move and all the actors. May all theses Oscar winners again gain Oscar nods for the movie, particularly Kate Winslet, who will be seen as Dr.Erin Mears. This is the first time Winslet is playing a doctor in a picture.
