CARS 2

Pixar's inventive sequel brings back its familiar characters and throws in a spy thriller plot with secret weapons, sinister villains and clandestine agents. It also teaches kid-friendly lessons about friendship and being you.

"Cars 2" makes entertaining and inventive use of 3-D technology. With a plot that includes life-and-death action sequences, thrilling auto races and panoramic scenic vistas, the opportunities for enhanced perspective are considerable and the Pixar team makes better use of them than most live-action films.

Despite all these technological wonders, "Cars 2" never forgets the heartfelt sensibility that is its dramatic heritage."Cars 2" teaches gentle kid-friendly lessons about the importance of friendship and being yourself and introduces some great new characters in its parallel spy drama and auto racing plots.

"Cars 2" opens in the middle of its spy drama and introduces suave, sophisticated secret agent Finn McMissile. Impeccably voiced by Michael Caine, McMissile is totally unflappable in all situations, even being pursued on the top of an oil platform by the dreaded Professor Z (Thomas Kretschmann) and his merciless automotive minions.

Also a factor in McQueen's decision to race is his irritation at the sky-high smugness of his chief rival, Italian Formula One car Francesco Bernoulli, hilariously voiced by John Turturro as a self-involved individual given to saying things like, "when I want to go to sleep, I watch one of McQueen's races."

This movie is a must watch and guys I highly recommend that all of you should watch it.

RATING* 8/10

Double Dhamaal

Well this film is a sequel of Dhamaal which was a very fun and comedy movie to watch. It comprises of the same cast of SANJAY DUTT, RITESH DESHMUK, ARSHAD WARSI,JAVED JAFFERY ,MALIKA SHERAWAT, KANGNA RANAUT AND ASHISH CHAUDRY...by looking at the cast the movie throws an impression that it would be a superhit movie as it lines up one of the most comic cast available in bollywoood plus as seen before from Dhamaal the same cast did wonders and cinema halls were filled with laughters.

Unfortunately this movie could not do so.The film basically started up with these 4 friends RITESH,ARSHAD,JAVED AND ASHISH who are pennyless and desperate for money on the other hand SANJAY DUTT who was the cop in its before movie now has become a very rich man with MALIKA being his girlfriend and KANGNA his sister. These 4 guys tried to play tricks on SANJAY  and some how grab his fortune but always SANJAY and his team turned out smarter enough to out run them and leave them in trouble. The whole movie only encompasses this topic of making fool of one another doing different things.

According to me i did'nt liked the movie that much because it doesnot had that element of laughter or comedy in it i was just waiting for a good laugh throughout but did'nt even got a chance to smile.Towards its interval i was just longing when would the movie end as it became from bore to boredom and i was just pondering over that what is this movie? who laughs at this stuff?
I would not recommend this movie to bollywood fans as its according to me not worth it.Sanjay and Arshad one of the best comedians tried their best but i found the script and acting weak..

I would rate this movie 5-10...

To sum it all there is nothing Double in this Dhamaal...

Bulbulay: A slapstick comedy

A slapstick sitcom with all the right ingredients and mad moments, ‘Bulbulay’ is steadily gaining popularity and viewership. Starring Nabeel as himself, Hina Dilpazeer (Momo), Ayesha Omar (Khubsoorat) and Mehmood Aslam (Mehmood Sahab). After a long time, viewers are treated to a comedy on television that is actually funny, with a major part of the humour based on moments of forgetfulness. Kudos to the writer for keeping the viewers thoroughly entertained and rolling in fits of laughter for the entire 30-minute duration of the show. The script, in
each episode, is crisp and full of puns and wordplay that is a welcome change from the rest.

Limitless.com takes you behind-the-scenes on the set of the rollercoaster ride that is ‘Bulbulay’

Nabeel: “Bulbulay is a very old idea, which for the longest time I couldn’t manage to work on. Last year, when I set up my own company, I spoke to Ali Imran (the writer) and Raana Rizwan (the director) about it. It was then that we decided to work on the idea and the script which had been lying around for 5 years. When we started, we had no idea that it would click so well with the audiences and would become so popular.”

Ayesha Omar: “Gradually the show became so popular that where ever we went, whether to the bazaar or a get together, people were talking about it. But the best thing about the show is that it appeals to people of all ages and has broken the class divide. We have received tremendous feedback about it from a house guard to a home-owner.”

Ayesha Omar: “Hina Dilpazeer (Momo) plays Nabeel’s mother. She came in as a guest actor in one episode. It was an interesting character with an absolutely crazy personality and ended up being such a huge hit among our viewers. And to justify our relationship of three unmarried people living together, we thought ‘why not add a mother’s role in the play?’. This is how the writer planned to marry the characters of Khubsoorat with Nabeel, and Mehmood Sahab with Momo.

Hina Dilpazeer: “Overall, it has been a fun experience - working on the sets of this ridiculously funny show. But I never laugh on my own lines, it is usually Mehmood Sahab! And then there are some other moments on the set among the crew members, which makes us all go into fits of laughter. But this has never affected the shoot; in fact it has only made it more real.”

Hina Dilpazeer: “There is no competition and we are not trying to copy anyone, our aim was never to compete with any other sitcom. I came for the style of the play and stuck for the team, the cast and the crew, which makes the play what is it now.”

Nabeel: “This is a team effort, from the writer and director to the rest of the crew members. We try to bring something new or add something interesting in each episode. We are going to continue with it until it doesn’t get monotonous and the viewers still keep watching.”

With over 70 episodes aired, Bulbulay is still running and successfully providing great entertainment to its growing viewership.

Ra One

Ra. One (Ra.1) is an upcoming Hindi sci-fi superhero film directed by Anubhav Sinha. The film, which features Shahrukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal, will be produced under Khan's production company, Red Chillies Entertainment.

This film will reportedly have "breathtaking" stunts from Shahrukh Khan. The special effects team is being hired from Hollywood. Khan has already started working out to prepare himself to be able to perform the "daring" stunts for the film. Khan is now set to go flying in the sky to save mankind in this film. At a press conference that welcomed Akon to India, he revealed that his character can "solidify" electricity and that his team was working on making this possible on screen.

The shooting was originally supposed to begin in Miami, USA, but due to budget concerns this was scrapped. The first phase of filming begun in India in March 2010 and took place till May 2010 in Mumbai's Film City and Goa. The crew then moved on to London in June 2010 where the filming with the entire starcast took place during July-August and has been completed. In a recent interview, Khan stated that the remaining portions would be completed in India & would require further 6 months of post production. Khan also requested his long time collaborator & director Karan Johar to be present during shoot in London. While they were in London, media reports suggested Johar may have directed some romantic portions of the film; this was later denied by the director. In September 2010, Khan signed Hans Zimmer to compose the background score for the film thus making Ra.One Zimmer's first Bollywood project.

Jurassic Park 4 - The Extinction (upcomming)

Jurassic Park IV is in early preparations for filming, and the latest script news confirms that the new sequel will be closely based on the first movie. The screenplay turned in by William Monahan involves most of the original film's characters. Almost all the original Jurassic Park actors are expected to return, including Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum, Richard Attenborough (John Hammond), and Ariana Richards (Hammond's granddaughter).

writer John Sayles has been revising Monahan's screenplay, and there's no word yet on his progress. Sayles can be expected to lend his many years of filmmaking experience to the story penned by Monahan, an up-and-coming Hollywood writer.

Official confirmation on the cast is still forthcoming and might be dependent on the final screenplay. No announcements have been made regarding a director, but Spielberg is still involved in producing the film.

More evidence of active pre-production who got word that paleontologist Dr. Jack Horner has been actively working as a scientific advisor for the film. Horner's expertise has been invaluable on the previous Jurassic Park films.

If all goes well, Jurassic Park IV could go before the cameras this summer and reach theaters before the end of the year. We're all eager to find out the latest on this project, so stay tuned!

Unknown..

While Unknown  is not a terrible movie, comparing it to Taken, Liam Neeson's previous old man actioner, is setting the bar way too high. This is a formulaic thriller and one you've seen before, from the twist ending to the car chases where cops can only be bothered to respond once the carnage is complete. Unknown is one of those films you can't help but nitpick because the plot has you bouncing between tedium and disinterest to the point the only thing left to do is find entertainment in pointing out plot-holes until the credits roll.

The story begins as Dr. Martin Harris (Neeson) and his wife ("Mad Men's" January Jones) have just arrived in Berlin and are preparing to check-in to their hotel when Martin realizes his briefcase has been left at the airport. He hails a taxi, which is obviously going to be driven by a drop dead gorgeous Bosnian illegal immigrant (played by Diane Kruger), but Martin never makes it to the airport.

As luck would have it, a rogue refrigerator bounces on the highway causing the taxi to swerve and fly off a bridge and into the river where Martin is knocked unconscious. Four days later he wakes from his coma, and while he remembers his name, his wife doesn't remember him. It even turns out someone else is claiming to be Dr. Martin Harris. What the what?

Bad guys pursue, Martin evades and in the process of getting to the bottom of the mystery, several city blocks and at least one Berlin hotel will be destroyed. It's just the way it goes when it comes to C-level thrillers that would best be left to DVD.
Perhaps the most entertaining aspect of the film is the life Bruno Ganz (Downfall) brings to Ernst Jurgen, a former Stasi agent hired by Martin to help him get to the bottom of his identity crisis. Ganz seems to realize he's in a bit of a ho-hum film and brings an air of playful realism to his character that's more than welcomed.

Neeson, now 59-years-old, is also solid despite the material. This is a role he's proven he can wrap his stubby fingers around, but no matter the performance there are some things that just can't be improved on. Aside from plot-holes and general bad decision making, it's the fact we watch him tell everyone he's Martin Harris to no avail that the film grows increasingly tiresome. He has no identification, which is to say he's nothing more than a well-dressed bum and yet he seems to think just saying, "I'm Martin Harris!" is going to get him somewhere. This guy is a menace to society and the destruction he delivers proves it.

The first big action piece is a car chase through the streets of Berlin and it seems to never end. I don't how many times director Jaume Collet-Serra (Orphan) cuts to a shot of Neeson shifting gears, but he makes sure we see every shift, swerve and stomp on that gas pedal. Vroom, vroom, crash, "Watch out for that train!" Yeah, yeah, I've seen it all before. Got anything new? Not even John Ottman's score brought much tension to the metal crunching pursuit.

I did, however, take one thing away from Unknown. This was yet another lesson in how lazy storytelling can give away a film's supposed twist long before it's ever revealed.
You'll begin by asking yourself why no one remembers Martin Harris is who he says he is. You'll next be wondering why people are trying to kill him, and in-between these two questions you'll wonder where he gained the skill to expertly race around the streets of Berlin in one of the many Mercedes placed front and center. Can this be a plot hole or is it just an aspect of the film that pretty much gives away the next 50 or so minutes?

I'll save the answer to that last question for you to figure out for yourself, but I will add that while I am being extremely negative toward this film, it isn't the worst I've seen all year. It's just that it's one of those movies you'd feel better about yourself if you rented it at home rather than paid top money to see it in the theater.

'Rango'

YOU will not get it any funnier! from the makers of pirates of the Caribbean comes the tale of this lizard driven by faith and his false made up glory! goes by the name of RANGO!

The daring the dashing the pirate the tourist and now the lizard JOHNNY DEPP has proven yet again that he can give soul to any character! bring it to life and connect with the audience as he has always!

you WILL love the singing owls they are one funny bread usually background music or singing narrators tend to encourage the hero or atleast hog his glory on the audience but these birds always sing about how there hero WILL DIE in the near Future!

NOT your average fairytale WAyyyyyyyy beyond it! loved it! and was a Joy to watch!
i would recommend it on a weakened with family or if your in an animation mood!

The Pharmacist FUNNY OR VULGAR

NAKED TYRANT PRODUCTIONS gaining hype by the this lahori group of what ever they are producers or actors or guys with a lot of time in hand. TRY to create funny which frankly speaking does not get through to me! for you see there is a fine line between genuinely funny and vulgar! THIS production from name to act is dipped in it! i like the concept and IF executed in an orderly fashion would have been much better! till then please BOYS get some tutions in the art of film making!

GREEN LANTERN

Green lanter is an upcomming movie and Perhaps now's a good time to look in the mirror and admit that, by and large, your average issue of a superhero book maybe isn't an intellectual text worthy of the McSweeny's-style lionization comics have enjoyed of late. For every Alan Moore there are dozens of writers pushing a plot and making a deadline. Which is not to say they don't have value. But perhaps that value rests more in plain, dumb fun than in a representation of "our modern mythology." Green Lantern is, more so than most, an accurate representation of this art form: brisk, enjoyable.

At the very center of this picture, more so than the weird assortment of aliens or skin-tight CG suits, is Ryan Reynolds' ambitious performance. He is debonair but also vulnerable. And knows how to milk a joke. He sells the CG suit and even that absurd domino mask. He's great in the action scenes, ring-slinging clever green constructs that never fail to impress. He may remind you a bit of Chris Pine in Star Trek, but that's hardly a complaint. He loves playing this role and it shows.
Still, with so much happening in this movie, there is the trade-off that many of the scenes feel somewhat truncated. Just when things get going, but the portions are small.

The uninitiated may not quite know what the heck is going on at all times, and may even cry foul at perceived screenplay cheats. I reject this and say that this movie is one to be experienced on its own terms, as if it were a comic. I think by now we've established that this is as much its own, living genre as much as the film noir or rom com.

Green Lantern isn't perfect. James Newton Howard's score is a forgettable and the lack of feasible reaction to Green Lantern's appearance on Earth feels like something got cut in the editing room. But we all have the ability to overcome great quibbles. This story has chosen us, and if we answer to its call we can all have a kick-ass time at the movies.

THERE ARE VERY HIGH EXPECTATIONS FROM THE MOVIE...*FINGERS CROSSED*

The Lincoln Lawyer

The Lincoln Lawyer is  surprisingly - even better than the previews made it look - and the previews looked pretty good.  The story, starring Hollywood heavy weights Matthew McConaughey and Ryan Phillipe, is compelling; the actors make this film relevant and interesting from start to finish.

McConaughey is known for playing slick, smooth, and charming leading men, and The Lincoln Lawyer is no exception.  He is a sleazy attorney who seems to be in the biz just for the cold hard cash, but there's a soft side to this smooth-talking defense lawyer and McConaughey nails both sides of this character.

The Lincoln Lawyer centers around criminal defense lawyer Mick Haller.  Haller is known for keeping criminals on the streets by getting them off the hook - for a price.  He does all his business out of the back of an old Lincoln town car, with the occasional help from driver Earl (Lawrence Mason).  He takes on a case involving a Beverley Hills playboy, Louis Roulet (Ryan Phillipe), accused of rape and attempted murder of a prostitute (Margarita Levieva).  He soon learns the case is not as cut and dry as original thought and Roulet may not be the innocent
victim of a set up.

The cast also includes Marisa Tomei as Maggie, a prosecutor and Mick's ex-love; William H. Macy as Mick's investigator; and Josh Lucas as the D.A trying Roulet's case.

This is Matthew McConaughey at his best.  He does a great job as Mick Haller, although sometimes his cocky nature can come across more arrogant than charming, it completely works for this one. McConaughey isn't new to legal dramas - A Time To Kill and Amistad come to mind - and while he was great in those two films, he brings a maturity this time around that makes him that much more charming and compelling in his role.

The plot keeps you guessing right from the start and there isn't a dragging moment in the whole thing.  We find out early on what is really going in the Roulet case, so it doesn't feel like the film is a forced two hours of whodunit.  The story takes an interesting twist when Haller grows a conscience and sets out to right a past wrong that's connected with his current case.

Tomei delivers a great performance as Maggie, Heller's ex-wife and mother of his daughter.  The two obviously still have a strong attraction to one another and the back and forth between them is intoxicating and mesmerizing.  Macy is also great in his role as Heller's investigator and he brings the right amount of humor and sarcasm in his banter with Mick - we wouldn't expect anything less from Macy.

Not much negative to say about this film as I thought it was thoroughly enjoyable.  The one area that seemed a little contrived were the courtroom scenes.  They came across as much too dramatic and over-the-top compared to the rest of the film.

Overall, director Brad Furman brings us a film that is entertaining and satisfying.  He keeps the audience invested in Mick's life and even though Mick is a charming SOB who is mostly concerned with making money and seems to lack a conscience, we see his turnaround throughout the film and are rooting for him till the end.

BOL..

"UNRELEASED YET"... This is the first venture of popular singer ATIF ASLAM as an actor, though this is a pakistani film directed by SHOAIB MANSOOR , but it is one of highly anticipated movie of the year.Along with ATIF co-star is IMAN ALI, who has gained immence popularity because of her acting skills and yes ofcourse the good looks :p..

This is the second film of SHOAIB MANSOOR unvieling the difficulties faced by people due to norms of life, BOL is authored by SHOIAB MANSOOR himself, as before this "KHUDA KE LIYE" which had "SHAAN" & "IMAN ALI" in the main lead and won various international awards and was a highly acclaimed movie..

"BOL" is basically based on a family full of girls and how the family imposes restrictions on the girls, it is basically that the girls are unwanted and makes them ponder why have their parents given birth to them when they could not properly take care of them , despite respecting their family and imposed restrictions, their is a sense of deprevity and a girl dares to challenge the norms of the society and go against them..

Well to me the movie seems to intrest a lot but would be known only when it releases, secondly ATIF ASLAMS debut acting is highly anticipated, and also one of the main attraction is "MAHIRA KHAN" the popular and loved VJ.. ;) . ATIF has proved himself in singing and has sung many hit songs for indian and pakistani movie, lets hope he add stars to the movie and proves himself an allrounder plus the hidden talents of MAHIRA are yet to be seen...

Hoping for the best fingers crossed :)..

THE JONESES

Have u ever bought something only after your co-worker shows it off in the office? Have you ever bought a gadget after seeing it on a TV commercial that had the cutest chicks, or the coolest guy advertising it? Have you ever felt outdated because your phone model has a newer version? If you have, then you are right on point by keeping up with the Joneses. Demi Moore challenges her real life marriage in her portrayal of a nuclear family mom in the film “The Joneses”. This film presents a family who is “just perfect”. The Joneses have it all; from the biggest wedding ring (that diamond was so heavy you can never see it straight on Demi’s finger) to the lawnmower with an integrated TV. This front is pretty steady but when the lights go down the Joneses aren’t all that perfect; the make believe fairy tale turns into an empty department store (along with the eco of an empty warehouse). The love just isn’t there.

This film is about that consumer inside all of us whose cancer grows with each unnecessary purchase, with each credit-card limit reached, a cancer that grows in the form of a chain of new cell phones and useless array of designer handbags. This film calls to us- perpetual of consumerism, slaves of crap hoarding, and aficionados of credit-life styles. This film begs us to put a stop on our chronic shopaholics and smell the family that cries beside us and feel the pain of the neighbor who needs us. The Joneses movie is also a call to protest the abuse that companies have submitted us every time they feel like adding a simple item to their product and selling a “new and improved” version only a month later.

This film is a reminder that life is something more than what we have because let’s face it “keeping up with the Joneses” is a pointless task. We will never be able to catch up to them; if only die in the attempt.

SUPER 8

Writer/director J.J. Abrams has never been an easy artist to define. Whether it be with his television or film work, he’s tackled almost every genre in its own way: action, sci-fi, romance, mystery, horror and more. Super 8 is his first film that’s wholly original but, because it draws from so many other places, it kind of isn’t. The most obvious influence is that of producer Steven Spielberg. Abrams set out to make a movie that harkened back to Spielberg’s classics of the past – E.T., Close Encounters of the Third Kind, etc. – and he’s half-successful. Visually, and frequently in tone, Super 8 is certainly Spielbergian, but the story is far more complicated and less focused than those movies. Those films centered on a single narrative, while Super 8 has a slew.

The basic gist is that a group of young filmmakers in 1979 small town America experience a huge train wreck and begin to unravel its mystery. At the heart of this story is Joe Lamb, a young boy played by newcomer Joel Courtney. He lives with his father, played by Kyle Chandler, and makes movies with his friend on super 8 film. Abrams wants us to focus on that father son relationship but the narrative of the film doesn’t really allow it. Instead, the film ends up focusing more on the simpler, more innocent relationship between Joe and Alice (Elle Fanning), a young girl who appears in the zombie movie Joe and his friends are shooting.
Once the aforementioned train wreck occurs, the simple little family-centric love story becomes an action movie with a big mystery, before evolving into other things that I wouldn’t want to spoil. All the while, Abrams’ passion spews through the mise en scene, balanced only by the drastic shifts in story. Generally, big swings like that would be a huge determent to a film but each time Super 8 changes, it’s to something else entertaining and compelling. There’s very little to dislike in the film, it’s just that, at times, it feels like Abrams is trying too hard to make sure he hits all the right notes.

Super 8 is an awesome mess of a movie. It simultaneously has no idea what it wants to be but knows exactly how to get there. It oozes with nostalgia, but still manages to surprise. It’s everything you wanted but exactly what you expected. It’s a movie that only could have been made by J.J. Abrams, but never without the tutelage of Steven Spielberg. Ultimately, the film is a microcosm for Abrams himself, an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink lover of pop culture, who somehow found a way to stuff all of that passion into one movie. While its excess is its biggest flaw, Super 8 somehow remains cohesive and fun. It’s a bunch of different movies, but at least they’re good movies.

RATING 8/10 *RECOMMENDED*

Also, Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman, having written the last two films, did not return for this installment in the series, which Orci had earlier somewhat anticipated, fearing the duo would "risk getting stale". MURDER 2

"NO THIS MOVIE IS NOT RELEASED YET".Though i was curious to share and to know your reviews and comments about this particular movie its main cast includes IMRAN HASHMI,JAQUELINE FERNANDES and YANA GUPTA. As most of you must be aware that murder2 is a sequel of murder including IMRAN HASHMI and MALIKA SHERAWAT. It was a debut for both and was a copy of Hollywood movie UNFAITHFULL the movie got hit not because of the acting or story ,it did because movie included some extremely hot and bold scenes and IMRAN HASHMI earned the title of "SERIAL KISSER" after the movie.

"MURDER2" includes IMRAN but not malika sherawat and it is heard that this movie was first offered to "BIPASHA BASU" which she decline twice due to the sex content and IMRAN HASHMI..LOL :p...
Well audience would surely be looking forward for the movie due to HOTTIE JAQUELINE AND YANA..

The question in my mind is would it be as bold as "MURDER" with JAQUELINE? If yes then it would surely attract masses or they have come up with some intresting story and songs, though its trailers and posters tells a lot but that will only be decided and seen when this movie releases till then lets just hope it turns out good ;)

Looking forward for comments :)

X men 1st CLASS

This is a true origin story showing how Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr first met and how they worked together until the formation of their divergent ideologies led them to create warring mutant factions. In his movies, Singer used mutants as an analogy for the persecution of homosexuals, but here they're thrown into the context of the Cuban Missile Crisis and impending Space Race between the US and the Soviet Union with the government playing just as an important part as Charles tries to work with them to find and train mutants. There is a certain feel and language Singer created in the original "X-Men" in 2000 that helped set the standard for all the superhero movies that have come since then, and Vaughn thrives in the prequel's 1962 setting to create something that incorporates influences ranging from James Bond to "Mad Men" to "Dr. Strangelove."

The first half hour cuts between Charles and Erik each making their way in this world following their early epiphanies, Erik essentially turning into "Erik Lensherr: Nazi Hunter," as his anger drives him to violence in order to find the man who killed his mother, while Charles focuses on his studies to become a professor of genetics.

Another revelation in casting is Jennifer Lawrence as Raven Darkholme aka Mystique, Charles' earliest mutant discovery and childhood friend who plays an enormous role in the division of the friends. Lawrence is a stronger actor than Rebecca Romijn, so we can actually see her transform from a fairly innocent teenager to the seductress she'll later become. The fourth cog in the wheel is Nicholas Hoult as Dr. Hank McCoy, not quite in his blue and furry phase just yet, but he is already the group's genius inventing things like early incarnations of Cerebro and the Blackbird. Hank adds an intriguing dynamic to the love triangle because Raven finds a kindred spirit in a mutant who must hide his mutation to be accepted.

At times, the movie tends to drag, because it takes so long to get to the part most X-Men fans will be waiting to see, which is Charles and Erik joining forces to assemble and train the first team of young mutants. Due to decisions made in earlier films, the movie X-Men are already a mish-mash of characters and storylines from the comic books, and "First Class" follows suit, pulling together mutants from all fifty odd years of the books, some more esoteric than the others. The two mutants that will bring comic fans the most thrills are Lucas Till as Havok and Caleb Landry Jones as Banshee, and they offer some of the best moments in an extended montage showing them learning to hone and control their powers. The decision to include Darwin and Angel (the Grant Morrison one) are both odd choices, especially since they're characters who don't seem that necessary to the story.

Fans of the comics may be confused by how disparate elements from the books have been tossed together, but fans of the movies should appreciate how Matthew Vaughn has established characters they love in a unique setting with a strong cast and set pieces just as big and impressive as the other movies. It may not quite reach the level of perfection of "X2," but it does a far better job introducing the characters than Singer did in his first movie, and that alone is something worth commending.

READY

After a long time i came across a pretty sensible and nice bollywood movie. It has a good cast namely SALMAN KHAN as PREM & ASIN as SANJANA in the main lead and a great supporting cast including PARESH RAWAL ,SANJAY MANJREKAR and many more.

The story started up comically with PREM shown as helping person to everyone living in a joint family with aunts and uncles. The story proceeds when the family's religious scholar suggests a girl for PREM, but SANJANA disguises herself and penetrates in the family ,the story takes a very intresting trn when PREM comes to know that she is not the actuall girl they were expecting but she was a girl who has escaped from her own marriage and was niece of two dons of the city, but till then PREM had falen in love with SANJANA and sets out to teach both dons a lesson.Prem is a very smart up to date guys and joins hands with PARESH RAWAL and manouever things so easily that its just LOL.

Well according to me its a very nice comedy film, i enjoyed the movie throughly and had a good time, though  the hero is the typical he man type but overall nice acting, special effects and good punch lines.
For all those bollywood fans out there i would surely recommend this movie, i am sure you'll have a blast ..enjoy

I would rate it 8-10... :)

THE A-TEAM (MOVIE)

The movie version of the hit TV show came out in the summer of 2010 with a lot of expectations. The makers and fim pundits were confident about the success of the movie with Liam Neeson, fresh from the success of his action/thriller Taken, cast as the ccntral lead.Unfortunately, the movie didin't live up to expectations.Made at a budget of $110 million,it managed to make only a marginal profit of just $67 million.I personally loved the movie. It was a fast paced, super charged and highly entertaining action movie.

The first 15 minutes of the movie show the meeting of our 4 heroes. The movie then picks up 8 years later where the A-team are participating in the Iraq war.The team is sent ot recover missing plates for 100 dollar bills,by their commander General Morrison(Gerard Mcrainey). The team comprises of Hannibal Smith(Liam Neeson),Face(Bradley Cooper),Murdock(Sharlto Copley) and B.A(Quinton Jackson). The team retrieves the plates but as soon as they get back to the base the General is killed and the paltes are stolen. The team is accused of kiling the commanding officer as well as commiting robbery. They are court martialed and sent to prison for a crime they did not commit.6 months later a shadowy man from the CIA visits Hannibal and tells him that he knows the whereabouts of the man who framed them. They breakout of prison to clear their names. Both the police and the army are in their pursuit and so is a military intelligence officer Charissa Sossa(Jessica Biel). She was once involved with Templeton Peck. They are shocked to find that the man who betrayed them was their own commanding officer General Morrison. He faked his death. It is also learned that he got help from the same CIA man who came to see Hannibal. The CIA man only wanted to get to the General through the team because the General had developed differences with him.In the end the main culprits are caught but so are the A-Team.It is shown at the very end that the team eventually did manage to escape again in order to clea their names.

Unlike the show on which it is based the A-Team is a power packed action/thriller.While the show was downright silly, the movie is serious fun stuff with less of silliness and more of big scale action sequences(although the scene where the tank is fallingfrom the sky and our heroes are shooting at enemy planes is hilariously stupid). The presence of strong actors,Neeson in particular help the movie a great deal.Dirk Benedict and Dwight Schultz who starred in the original show as Face and Murdock respectively make cameo appearances at the end.The movie is a feast for action junkies.

THE A-TEAM

The A-Team is one of the most iconic shows of the 80's.It's right up there with the likes of Knight Rider,Airwolf,Magnum P.I and MacGyver in terms of popularity. It is also the most insane, silly, over the top action show of its era.But despite its flaws it is a funfilled entertaining show.Running for 5 seasons and 98 episodes, from 1983 to 1987,the show was an immediate success.People got hooked to the adventures of Hannibal(George Peppard),Face(Dirk Benedict),Murdock(Dwight Schultz) and the most popular character of the show,B.A Baracus(Mr.T).

All the episodes had basically the same storyline.People being harassed by bullies, those exploited people contacting the A-Team and the A-Team coming to their rescue and saving them in the end. That was the pattern throughout the show. But despite the repititiveness you end up enjoying the show.

When i first saw the show on television in early 2000's,i hated it.I found the characters(none more so than Murdock) extremely annoying. It was the second season. But i decided to give it another go on DVD in 2009(I had nothing else to watch at that time).I again started with season 2 and for some odd reason i started liking the show as it moved forward.By the end of the season 2 i had become a fan and ended up watching all the seasons. It is just the sort of light hearted show that you want to watch these days to escape the worries and problems of life for a while. The first 3 seasons are the best. The quality of the show dipped in Season 4 and it got worse in season 5.But on the whole it is a satisfying show.
