The movie have been written by the same director who wrote saw and I assure you this is something real scary then saw. The main theme of the movies is based on a newly married couple Josh and Renai a happy family with their three young children. When tragedy strikes their young son, Josh and Renai begin to experience things that science cannot explain They are spooked out by the house they had come into, after their son goes into coma of sorts. The movie focuses on the paranormal activity that takes place in the house and the sound effects and the execution of the scenes make it more worse for the audience to handle the heat of suspense and horror this is a PG 13 movie because there can be case where children below the age of 13 may wet the cinemas, yes this movie can surely do this. A safe advise for guys too, they should not watch this movie with their girls in the cinemas otherwise they will end up in bruises from their girl long nails while sitting next to them.
Insidious isn't a perfect horror film, but it's a damn good one. It doesn't strive for some false sense of reality like Paranormal Activity. I do wish it had avoided the screw-you ending that so many horror films love to use these days. Seriously - I don't care if you want to end on a happy note or a depressing one. Just give us a real ending and some kind of resolution. I assure you one thing after watching the movie no one will walk alone in the dark without their heart pumping bad. This movie is a must watch one and I enjoyed each and every scene and edge of it and to be honest I was also left with bruises in the end, but I found them worthwhile.
